Şedele prefers to cooperate with friends whom we believe in principle to offer long-term synergy. In time, we realize our principle’s correctness regarding long-term synergy; not only from the professional development they achieved, but also the outcome of our intellectual investment.
We are currently operating with about 100 friends in our print factory. Although our longest workmates are with us for over 20 years, the average cooperating time is 15 years.
On the other hand specialists, employees with professional qualifications (pre-masters, masters, educators) are employed and seminar & brainstorming events are organized where they can exchange information and ideas with each other.
